Graduated in physiotherapy since 1982, I have a long professional journey behind me.
Firstly, I worked in various departments at HUG (Geneva University Hospitals). In 1996, I joined the teaching team at the École Cantonale Vaudoise de Physiothérapeutes where I taught different subjects. At the same time, I held positions at CHUV (Lausanne University Hospital) in the fields of research and Quality management.
Thanks to the in-depth training I have undergone (Mézières method, Global Joint and Muscle Chain GDS method, Bobath method for adult neurology, manual lymphatic drainage, among others) and the professional experience I have gained, I have been providing my patients with my expertise since 2001, particularly in comprehensive postural approaches. This includes analyzing posture disorders, their treatment, and providing appropriate advice.
I have the great joy of sharing my practice with my son, Arnaud, since 2014, and we exchange daily about our practices. It was quite natural for me to want to undertake training in Traditional Chinese Medicine with him, so that together we could give this direction to our practice.
Today, I analyze and treat the health issues of the people who come for consultation, combining energy and postural assessments, acupuncture treatment, cupping, manual therapy, and health advice in my areas of expertise.
I am recognized by supplementary insurances thanks to my affiliation with the ASCA and RME associations.
As aesthetics reflect health, I have also trained and practice with great enthusiasm in acupuncture related to this field: aculift for the face and body.
Claudine Marcant
Physiotherapist
Both of my parents being physiotherapists, it was only natural that this profession always interested me. Thus, I was able to obtain my physiotherapy degree from the Haute École de Santé in Geneva in 2014 after 4 years of study. Following this degree, I joined my mother, Claudine Marcant, and established myself within her physiotherapy practice in Chêne Bourg.
Furthermore, I have always been strongly drawn to Eastern approaches. I’ve started with martial arts through Traditional Jujutsu, which I have been practicing since 1995 when I was only 6 years old. As the Director of the Yamaryu Jujutsu School in Geneva since 2011, I have had the opportunity to travel to Asia multiple times, especially to Japan, to refine my skills in Jujutsu and also to train in Eastern medicines. This led me to obtain a diploma in Shiatsu (Japanese acupressure) from the Koho Shiatsu Igaku School in Tokyo in 2015.
Upon my return from Japan, my thirst for learning about traditional Eastern medicines was even stronger. This is why I embarked on studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the IEATC school in Lausanne. After 4 years of study, I graduated from this school in 2021 and I am now recognized by supplementary insurances thanks to my affiliation with the ASCA and RME associations.
Today, I have been able to combine techniques from my various trainings to create a highly personal approach that allows me to treat a wide range of conditions as effectively as possible.
This expertise, combined with my boundless passion, has attracted numerous patients to my practice. And it is through these encounters and therapeutic experiences that with each passing day, I continue to progress and constantly improve my therapeutic outcomes.

Continuing education
Currently on the path to achieving the federal diploma OrTra in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the highest level of recognition in Switzerland, my desire to learn and further my education never ceases.
In 2022, I had the privilege of enhancing my skills for over 6 months under the guidance of the renowned Dr. Dong Hongguang at his establishment, the Dr. Dong Clinic in Meyrin.
